Refund, Return and Cancellation policy
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and to this end, Rakhi to Canada offers a Return Policy. For Rakhi to Canada to continue to offer our Return Policy, we ask for personal information such as your name, address, and telephone number for the purposes of detecting and preventing fraud and error or to communicate with you regarding your return or exchange, if necessary. You may also be asked to produce photo ID for verification purposes only.
In order to satisfy our customer, we at Rakhi2Canada follows a well-defined Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy. We can be reached by phone or email or chat. We provide the best technical support or customer service experience to our clients and customers. However, sometimes things do not work out as expected and the customer may still find the product unsatisfactory, in such case we follow a return or a cancellation policy described below:
How to cancel an order?
Cancellations Prior to Dispatch
If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please email us on email@example.com. As we try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched. If your order has already being placed, it cannot be returned or canceled as it may contain perishable items.
Orders that are in “Pending” state can only be canceled. Cancellation is not accepted after the order is being processed.
When you make purchases from us, it is final and non-refundable. Subject to our other Term and Conditions, no product or service may be returned. Notwithstanding anything contained in the Terms and Conditions, in the event Rakhi to Canada decides to refund to you, Rakhi to Canada will offer only credit vouchers equivalent to the refund amount but in some case Rakhi to Canada will refund the money back and the refund could be processed if we have account details of the customer. The refund could be processed if it is agreed upon and communicated in writing to the customer.
Online Refund is credited directly through the mode from which customer has paid the money within 24 working hours. Once processed by Rakhi to Canada refund takes 10-15 business days to reflect in your account.
Offline Refund is credited once customer shares the bank details post that it takes 5-7 working days. Once processed by Rakhi to Canada refund takes 10-15 business days to reflect in your account.
Rakhi to Canada is not responsible and does not guarantee a refund for cases where:
Flowers, plants, fruits, sweets, gift products and preserved items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
1. Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
2. Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
3. Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
For Flowers, Sweets or other items that are perishable in nature, the delivery would be attempted only once. If the delivery is not executed during that attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items.
The products that bear a warranty from manufacturers, you are requested to bring in the issue to the concerned manufacturer. Also, please contact 1800rakhi.ca customer service email us at firstname.lastname@example.org specifying your Order ID.
If any product received by you is in a damaged/defective condition, you should report the same to Rakhi to Canada within 48 hours of such delivery e-mail the photographs of the same at email@example.com. Rakhi to Canada will in its sole discretion either deliver to you, the new product at its own cost or refund to you the amount in relation to such product. However, please ensure that the original product tag and packaging remains intact when you return the product to us. Subject to the Terms and Conditions, once a refund is initiated by Rakhi to Canada, it takes 10-15 business days to reflect the refund amount in your account.
Also, if you are not satisfied with the product and choose to return it to us, please ship it back. The product normally reaches our warehouse within 10 days of the return; we will check the returned goods and process a refund or exchange thereafter. Any refund will be processed after deducting the shipping charges, and in the case of exchange, the customer will have to pay the shipping charges again.
Apart from condition specified above, the following products shall not be returned or replaced:
1. Any product with physical damage caused to the box or to the product;
2. Any product without original packaging and accessories, such as the retail box, and other items included in the box at the time of delivery;
3. Any product without a suitable, clear, un-tampered serial number
Rakhi to Canada will accept any product exchanges if the product received by you is in a damaged/defective condition, you should report the same to Rakhi to Canada within 48 hours of such delivery by e-mailing the photographs of the same at firstname.lastname@example.org.
